Orders and Shipping

This will vary depending on items purchased and your shipping destination. Glass Art and Stickers ship for free the following business day USPS (Standard) First Class. The average estimated delivery dates are 2-5 days depending on your region.

Apparel on average takes 2-7 days to fulfill before shipping. Shipping times depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows: USA: 5-8 business days, International: 10-20 business days.

You will receive a tracking number via email with a link to track your package(s) when your order ships out. Some items in your order may ship separately. In such cases, you'll recieve a tracking number for each package shipped.

If you're having any issues with tracking your order, please contact us.

File a Claim (See our Refund Policy for details). We apologize for the inconvenience. To help us resolve this for you quickly; please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damage, your order number and any other details you may have about your order to file a claim. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.

First, please track your package via the tracking number link in your confirmation email. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email, check your spam folder. If you didn't find it in your spam folder, then your order may still be in fullfilment.

If you have tracked your order and it says delivered, but you haven't received it please:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for mistakes in the delivery address, if there's an error please contact us.

● Ask your local post office if they have your package.

● Stop by a neighbor's in case the courier left the package with them. If you're still having difficulties, please contact us.

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise — ​ If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be! If the shipping address was correct and the package wasn't left at the post office, or at your neighbor’s; please contact us.

Pro tip: The zip code is the most important part of the address. Use a simple tool like USPS ZIP CODE lookup to make sure you get it right!

Glass Art

If glass arrives damaged or defective, you have the opportunity to make a claim. (See our Refund Policy for details)

In the event that you've damaged your Dan P Glass after purchase; there is no guarantee your glass will, or even can be repaired. Remember all sales are final - with that said, we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.

If you had an accident and would like to know if your glass can be repaired, please contact us with detailed photos and a description of the problem.

Unfortunately, not at this time. In order for Dan to pursue his artistic vision, he will no longer be taking custom glass orders.

Yes. Dan works alone - no shop mates or apprentices. He does every single step of all his own glass work. The one exception of course, is collaborations with other artists.

Dan P Glass is proudly made in Michigan, United States using clear SIMAX® Professional and SCHOTT Boro Artistic® glass.

Mostly Glass Alchemy and Northstar Glassworks. Available Glass Art will have the specific colors listed in the product description.

Always use a microfiber cloth to wipe off your glass art! If a microfiber is unavailable, we recommend using a soft clean spare t-shirt.

If your glass is really dirty or sweaty, wash with warm to hot water and Isopropyl Alcohol (Rubbing Alcohol); then dry with a microfiber cloth.

With sandblasted glass, you may see the sandblasted areas of your piece appear dull or faded after cleaning. Just apply a dab of any non-sticky, household oil (Coconut is recommended) and gently rub it on the sandblasted areas of the glass. Use a q-tip, if needed, to get in any crevices, then wipe dry with a microfiber cloth.

Mystery Box FAQ

Mystery Boxes ship free, within the first week, each month of your subscription. Each month a box ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number.

Yes. Each Mystery Box will include at least one glass item; such as a pendant, marble, vessel etc.

Your Commitment is the minimum number of fullfilments (Payments) before you can cancel a subscription.

Yes. You have the option to enable a pause/resume function, change your current billing cycle (Commitment), cancel subscription and more. Simply log into your account and click the "Subscriptions" link in the sidebar menu to manage your Fan Club subscription.

Subscriptions cannot be edited while processing payment.

This Fan Club is exclusively limited to only 33 members. If you decide to cancel - then change your mind and you want to re-subscribe, we can not guarantee vacancy. Please note: You have the option to pause your subscription for any reason. You may want to consider this option before cancelling.

Subscriptions cannot be cancelled while processing payment.

Cancelling will only stop your subscription from renewing at the end of your commitment (Monthly or Biannual).
